Subject :- Karboon Mobile Issue (Model No. K 406 S)
I had Purchased Karboon Mobile dated on 22.08.14 Model No. K406S from PowerTel Communications (Ahmedabad-Gujarat) with Retail Invoice No. S/R/K/AUG531 (PowerTel TIN NO:- 24073605267….thereafter same mobile Not working properly from 23.08.14 to till time in between i had many time gone at PoweTel Communications Office and as suggested to me please submit your mobile at Karbon mobile Service Stations for repairing work but still not get any resolutions from Karbon Mobile Service stations and as well PowerTel Communications Office….. …I have same instrument not used for whole day of purchased Karboon mobile(K406S) to till …So I Would like requested to u..kindly take actions on this matter…as of now no any way except by consumer court only… may be your good actions…will happy to customer….
