Incorrect Services Provided to the customers and Not resolving the issues

This is with reference to my Tikona Conection. My Customer ID is 1110536252, Customer Name: Amit. I have been facing huge problems(latency issue and the speed issue) with the internet connectivity since 11th March 2015 till date. The executives at your end are really not helpful in resolving my query. I am tired asking them to resolve it. I would like to mention some of the names of senior executive Mr. Yashpal Sharma and Mr. Abhishek Mahajan who are just convincing customers for the service but actually not providing any service.

As per the discussion with Mr. Yashpal Sharma on 27th March 2015 in the afternoon around 11am-12 noon there was an issue in the network so he suggested to take a followup call on 28th March 2015 at 11am. I had to reschedule all my activities as I wanted to get this issue resolved on priority basis. I was waiting for his call at sharp 11am but I did not receive any call from his end and finally I came to know after having a word with the executvie there that he is on leave without intimation on 28th March 2015. I tried calling customer care number in technical support division but I was not able to connect to the call. Then finally after a long wait once I got connected to the call and some senior executive named Ganesh received my call around 11:30 am on 28th March 2015 where he asked me to keep the call on hold and eventually he disconnected my call from his end. Also I didn’t receive any call back from him regarding the issue. Every time I call customer care each executive says some other resolution over my issue. The locality where I reside in between the main tikona tower and the router at my terrace there is a mobile tower which is blocking the signals for the internet connection that I am using. I am tired calling the executive to re-position my router so that this issue gets resolved asap but no one is ready to send an engineer at my place.

Also I have raised a waiver request as I am not able to use the internet but tikona refused to waif-off the amount.

Is this the service I expect from you? I would request you that if it’s really not possible for you to resolve this query the please terminate my connection as I don’t want to pay you for this kind of service being provided. I haven’t faced such issue since I am using Tikona since September 2014.
Please let me know your resolution on this at the earliest.

Also please find the attached screenshot of the speed test done at 4pm on 28th March 2015. I guess my mobile connection with 2G network is much better than this.
