Unethical and Irritating for refund.

I had ordered a product from ShopClues.com, product ID 28908375. I wanted to cancel the order,but it was not possible at that instance, so i was asked to reject the product when it arrives at my door and the refund will be done within 10 days. I did as asked to me. Its been 3 months i have been asking them, calling them.
Whenever i ask them, they just ask me to wait for more 48 hours. And its been 3 months. I spoke to them today and they said that the returned product havnet reached their warehouse, while when i checked the BlueDart service who were responsible to deliver have delivered on 17March. Waybill no of BlueDart is 50289655931.
I want to take some serious action against them since its been high time and we have spent almost hundreds of amount in calling them.
I hope i get an immediate response from consumer Forum.
