Demanding Money which actualy not payable despite giving Bad Service

I have taken internet connection from Tikona Digital Network for my home in Thane West in the month of August 2014. While taking the connection they have collected 3 months advance rental and installation fees from me. As per the billing plan I should get 10 GB Data. After one month the connection is started disconnected frequently. I have made lots of complaint on their help line also I have sent written complaint through mail on 22nd Sept & 29th Sept for the same. They have informed me that there is some server issues in our area. I had taken the connection for some important work but whenever I was having need of the connection it was not available. I was not been able to use almost 50% of the data pack. I had informed it to them and they given waiver of 15 days rental in the next bill but the loss I have incurred due to non availability of the connection was not been compensated.

So I have stopped using the connection and on 23rd December 2014 I have sent a disconnection request to their customer care. In my request I have requested to disconnect the connection from 26th December 2014 which is the next billing cycle. I have also paid all my old dues. But still they have sent me bill on 26th December 2014 and started demanding the money from me so on 29th December I have sent a reminder for cancellation of the connection and later on they have disconnected it. As a disconnection procedure they have collected all instruments from my home and on 3rd Feb 2015 sent me mail demanding Rs. 100.32 towards full & final settlement. As I had already paid all charges I had not paid it.
Now they have started calling me through some Advocate from Delhi saying they are going to file complaint in court against me for the same.

Even being not able to provide the service which is committed by them they are started harassing me for the outstanding which is actually not payable by me I feel that it is my right to get compensation from them for the loss incurred by me due to non availability of the connection in the month of August and September when I was having need of it.
