I droped my mobile at Shri Krishna communication(A-10 Kabir Nagar Main 100 Ft.road Shahdara Delhi-94)Dated on-07-Mar-2015,regarding the touch was not working for this reason i droped my mobile there.There was Miss Poonam She said to me your mobile will get you 3 to 4 days after 4 days i went there but i did`nt get my mobile that was not working.Some fetaures were failure of my mobile. Mobile was not accepting Memory Card,Ringer Speaker,Mike,Vibration & touch.So i droped again there.I am going continously there but they saiys to me you wil get your mobile before 20-Mar-2015,I went on 20-Mar-2015 But that day She said to me “Soory sir today is not possibale your handset will be repair on Monday(23-Mar-2015)I went yesterday but Mr Danish was there he said to me your handset is not repaired this will take time 15 to 20 days,I called from there in your customer care there is Miss Ishu she she said to me your handset is repaired.But after the few moments she say your handset is not repair .Your data is not updated you call us tommrow.i was want to speak her senoir but she does`t transfer the my call I am Unsatisfied to her.After 23-Mar-2015 I call again today there is Miss Meenakshi She said to me your hanset will be repaired in 30 working days.But i need it Immediately
