I ordered a bouquet of pink carnations for my 75 year old mother on 26 March. Delivery was to take place at Chennai city on 27 Mar between 8 am to 1 pm. The order was not delivered at all. On ringing up the customer care I was informed that they tried to call my mother and didn’t get any response. They said they also tried to call me. Neither my mother nor I have any missed call in our phone. Initially they said because of not being able to get us on phone they did not deliver. After a while they said they could not track our address in a city like Chennai. After some time they tell us that address was incorrect. We have another order for 28 March. We can’t cancel this order according the company. And to deliver the undelivered gift they expect us to pay another 150 Rs.
