APEX ENCON PROJECT PVT LTD cheque (No 311836) is bounced for Rs. 11, 13,405 /- dt 03.22.2013 towards steel purchase from M/S Reliable Udyog Pvt Ltd Rourkela. They cheated by giving false promises from last 2 years, we are trying to collect our money but they are not responding.

As the total amount involved is less than Rupees 20 lakhs, the court case is being filed with the Hon’ble S.D.J.M. (P) Uditnagar (I.C.C. No 527/2013)
