GUJARAT GAS COMPANY SUPPLYING COOKING GAS THRU PIPELINES TO THE CITY OF SURAT IS GIVING FACILITY OF ONLINE PAYMENT OF BILLS TO ITS CONSUMERS. BUT WHEN HE CONSUMER GOES TO MAKE ONLINE PAYMENT ON THE PORTAL IT INCREASES THE AMOUNT OF BILL BY RS..10 PLUS SERVICES TAX THAT IS HE CONSUMER ENDS UP PAYING RS,10.24 UNDER CONVENIENCE FEE AS CLAIMED BY THE GUJARAT GAS COMPANY.
WHEN THERE IS A TREND IN ONLINE PAYMENT THRU OUT THE WORLD AND THERE ARE A MAJORITY COMPANIES WHICH ARE GIVING SPECIAL REBATE FOR ONLINE PAYMENT THIS UNIQUE INSTITUTION CHARGES EXTRA AS THEY CONSIDER THE FACILITY OF ONLINE PAYMENT GIVEN TO ITS CUSTOMERS IS EXTRA CONVENIENCE GIVEN YO THEM. I WOULD REQUEST THE FORUM TO HELP GETTING ME BACK WHAT EVER AMOUNT I HAVE PAID AS SO CALLED CONVENIENCE CHARGE AS PER THE COMPANY.
