I have a postpaid connection of vodafone and I am using this service from last one year almost .
On 19/03/2015 I called vodafone customer care executive for some bill related issue and told him to transfer my call to your higher authority but he said that all our authority is busy and unable to respond you then he submitted a request and told me that our authority will connect you with in 7 days and send me a message about this (Hello !your service registration no.1690749476 is register on 19/03/2015 10.17 pm .we shall respond to your query by Friday 27/03/2015 ).But on 26/03/2015 they deactivate my sim without my permission .I am suffering lots of problem because of this unwanted deactivation of my number
I am requesting you to look into this matter and take necessary action I am so grateful for it
