respected sir/mam,
this is renuka from bhopal i have purchased a phone micromax and have taken insurance from apps daily .my phone has been damaged accidently which was covered under insurance i have intomated them and according to them given my mobile to pooja enterprise mp nagar bhopal from the day i had given them the mobile they are not giving any update i have visited more than 15 times to them each time they told that they have sended mobile for approval but when i confirmed it from insurance company they told me they had never receved any complaint for approval till now .dealer ar not present and insurance company doesnt know any thing i am frustated out of this please help..
