Dear sir/madam, I am yuvaraj.s I am using the airtel post paid sim this month payment i was delayed to pay then also lot of struggle i paid the amount with in the de activation period. I already paid my due amount of Rs 1426.36 on 19/03/2015, then also 20/03/2015 morning without information they stopped my out going calls. after that immediately i put mail to airtel, and i forward my payment confirmation mail also, after seen that one they activated my out going calls. and i got payment complained reference no 60885718 also, they told it will clear with in 4 days but today 23/03/2015 morning also without any information they stopped my out going calls. i am having the bank statement, payment confirmation mail from bank, and having payment confirmation message from aitel. actually this week i am in night shift, Because of this problem i didn’t sleep well in day time and my balance work and calls every thing was stopped. so kindly do the needful for me this is my very kind request.
