I am a regular user of dishtv from 2006 offlate the company did a survey and I had given my free and fair suggestion. From that day onwards my problems started before today one day evening i gave a sms in call me facility the customer care executive gave me a call next day morning. Today I have been fanatically pursuing my restoration of services my viewing card has been blocked since morning and i had called several times they were trying to rectify / resolve my issue over telephone but to no conclusion when i asked them to send the technician they said they would charge m. I said that the product is your you have to provide me services and i have already paid for the services in advance then why should i pay you your company should resolve my issue but they kept on harping for charges. This has become a practise by the company to block first and then make us to use the facility of call me to 57575 which Rs.5 per sms and then after sometime completely block it and send their technician and charge the customer which i feel is a delibrate attempt by the company is there any way to fix this issue. kindly help me.
