Hi I am subhra Halder. I am a regular user of Vodafone 3G service and my number is 97*****004.
Till date I did not face any major issues regarding the balance deduction.
Yesterday it suddenly deducted Rs 99 /- from my main balance. When I call the customer service they told me that I have accessed one of them ‘chargeable’ site. This happened even I have free 3g MB in my pack and I did not download anything. This kind of deduction is totally unreasonable.
Later I searched google about this Topic and what I found that Hundreds of customer complaining about same thing. Is this a kind of scam you people are running in the name of “CHARGEABLE SITES”.
Seriously feeling cheated and never expected this kind of service from vodafone.
