I got my iphone 4s replaced few months back and now the replaced product has been showing problems like Losing Network and Noisy vibration . Now i contacted the Customer Service Centre again and was informed that an internal component , LCI is missing in the phone . The phone is in warranty and has never been taken to any repair centre . Hence , it clearly depicts , that this component is missing since i got the new product . The phone has been replace twice since i bought it , and i have been getting faulty replacements again and again . I have submitted the phone again in the Service Centre . I am very disappointed and harassed . I request a deep probing into the matter to make sure that this does not happen again .
