Niether Product Received Nor Refund Money

I had paid the amounts Rs. 13999/- + Rs. 699/- on 29 October 2014, but did not received any product till date.
I had booked complaints so many times through e-mail and phone. But, no consignment has been dispatched till date. I have requested to send refund. But, no response is received from the company.

I wish to get my refund of all the amounts paid to the company online (Suksh Technology Private Limited, Salarpuria Hallmark, 15/3@16, 4th floor, Kadubeesanahalli, Outer Ring Road, Bangalore – 560087, INDIA).
