Payment Issues

I paid Rs 1600 to Manipal University as Online entrance test fee through netbanking on 11 March 2015 at 11.40 AM.
The payment was successful and the balance got deducted from my account.
Please note that I did payment through my brother’s SBI bank account – 34256443176
But The profile at manipal university application did not reflect the same and is still asking for payment.

Today is the last day to apply hence I wrote mail to the institution and even called them but in vain.

So,The conclusion is My money got deducted but I could not even apply. Hence I want my refund as Rs 1600 matters a lot for me.
