DEAR SIR,
I (MANABODH PRASAD) RESIDENT OF 2/9 M R NAGAR MATHURA, DIST. MATHURA, U. P. HAD TAKEN A MTS DATA CONNECTION. BUT THE DOWNLOADING SPEED IS NOT GETTING AS PER PLAN. LAST MONTH I COULD NOT USED MY DATA DUE VERY SLOW SPEED. I HAD USED TO FREQUENTLY RAISED THE COMPLAINT, BUT ITS WAS NOT SOLVED BY THE COMPANY. EVEN THEN I HAD TOLD TO CLOSE MY CONNECTION TO THE CUSTOMER CARE, BUT IT WAS REFUSED. STILL I AM COMPLAINING REGULARLY BUT MY PROBLEM IS NOT RESOLVING. DUE TO THIS PROBLEM I AM SUFFERING REGULARLY LOSING THE MONEY. AND I COULD NOT COMPLETED THE AND I GOT A FINANCIAL LOSS.
THEREFORE YOU ARE REQUESTED TO TAKE A NEEDFUL ACTION AGAINST THE MTS COMPANY.
