With reference to subject cited above this is to bring to your kind attention that Rs 10,000/-has been deducted fraudulently from my father Bank account (a/c no- 2753000100713539) held at Punjab National Bank, Branch -Gaziapur, Distt-MAU (UP) although transaction which was carried by me on 21/02/2015 time around 6:20 p.m. at INDUSIND ATM, Hoshiyarpur ,Sector-51, Noida (ATM CODE-SN016860) ,had failed as the ATM Buttons stopped working . I waited there for two minutes but the machine was not functional till that time so I moved from there & checked at another ATM ,I got shocked that 10,000 rupees were withdrawn.
It seems that either there ATM system failure lead to this error or someone has withdraw the amount fraudulently using some criminal tactics ( Yes ,one suspect was stood beside me and operated the Atm machine for few second when its button stopped working), the CCTV footage may could of very good use in this case..
I have reported the matter to customer care and complained them about this. My complaint no. A007692743..But the resolution of my complaint has been rejected, and they have instructed me to intimate this matter to Head Office & Police Station and get the copy of the FIR.
In view of above it is most respectfully requested that i complaint may be registered and appropriate action as deemed fit may kindly be taken against the culprits and help me in getting my money back
