Hello,
On 4th March we made online bus booking for Ahmedabad to Abu Road. Our date of journey was 6th March And timing for
the bus is 05:40 AM. We reached bus stand near about 5:15 AM. And inquire about bus on which platform it come and when
and all. We waited till 6:00AM; but bus was not come. We visit help desk of bus stand to ask about bus; but they didn’t give
us clear response regarding bus arrival. One said, bus will not come as today is holi, one said; Please wait for few minutes
more, And one said, hire taxi or else; As Bus is cancelled. But as we booked tickets online and how can we travel through
other source. We waited till 7:00 AM and no bus was arrived for abu road. This all done without any intimation. Our hotels
and all booked at Mount Abu. Now we are helpless. So Finally we hire taxi which cost much more and our budget was totally
disturbed. As everyone know taxi/cab charges are far away than bus tickets. We give around Rs.3000 to taxi driver. Instead
see our bus ticket price was about Rs.985. See due to carelessness of Gujarat government bus service we pay 4 times higher
to reach our destination. Due to all this, our most time wasted and we face many difficulties as we arrived very late in mount
abu.
And As we faced difficulties; I made also an email to gujarat roadways regarding our this problem. But they didn’t give any
response about our refunding queries. their toll-free number .i.e 1800233666666 never works. We tried to connect them
through this number about 100 times. but always busy busy busy.
