Yesterday my no. 9798930201 has 161rs. balance, when i woke up in morning my balance was reduced to Re. 1. When I contacted to customer care for details they said that some contents has been downloaded of which balance has been deducted. I have a valid internet pack with be. I am not able to understand what telecome service provider are upto. Vodafone people are saying that some content has been downloaded at 01.46AM. I want to know who can help me in this or from where i can get help in this matter. please reply on my above stated no. or at “[email protected]” .
