This is complaint is relate to online portal/retailer Shopclues.com. I have bought 2 rudraksha worth rs 3400/- (2000 and 1400) Cash on Delivery which was delivered to my address. At time of order Picture shown was of Nepali origin and also description is given with nepali bead but in actuality, they delivered Java bead. I filed the return request and they agreed reverse pick up via mail communication, and I waited for two days to receive confirmation of reverse pickup, yesterday when I inquired about reverse pickup they told its not in their service area, and I have to courier back on my own expenses. How it could be possible that delivery is in service area which is Cash on Delivery and reverse pickup is out of service area.
I am worried that these company has looted my money and wont arrange reverse pickup and my money is looted by robbers like Shopclues.com.
Friends I request to all dont trust these shopclues.com as they are robbers and cheaters.
Hope they read my complaint and do whatever is being promised by them, till then they are robbers and cheaters in my opinion.
