I have booked travel package through yatratimes. But unfortunately unavoidable circumstances. they told me for full refund due to not full fill his commitment. I had already confirmed cancellation rule at the time of booking package. , you will get 100% refund.. At that time they have told me that you will get your package amount back once we will get refund from hotel. Now whenever I called to yatratimes they were told me you will get your refund in few days. but from last 10 days they have stopped to received my calls also. I have all the voice call recording made with yatratime and I also have all mail conversion made with yatratimes. this company is making fraud with customers. Please do needful.
