I have purchased a new Tatadocomo WiFi Max data card. While purchasing he promised speed of 9.8 Mbps. After activation I found that the speed does not even crosses 900 kbps. To my surprise when I raised a complain twice with request I’d no: 459786005 and 457299187. The service engineer visited and told me that the speed will not exceed 2 Mbps. I have tested the speed at many locations. The speed does not cross even 1.9mbps. Please take a stringent action agagainst these frauds company.
