I recharged my phone No 8491012902 Airtel dervice on 13th Feb,2015. I did not make any calls from this phone and knowing well that airtel deducts money even if you had not used it I kept my iPhone in flight mode. After few days I find that there is no balance in my phone.
Calling the executive officer through 121 they say that to find out the details of my use I will have to pay Rs50/- . Knowing well that I have not used my phone I have refused to pay.
I would like to know how to go ahead to recover my money and also is there a possibility of getting the company penalized for there trick of fleecing the subscribers so that they do not do it.
Recharge on my phone comes to nil without any use what so ever.
