Reliance Broadband connection not working for one month

Ever since i had taken the broadband service from Reliance Communications, the service start date goes back to august 2012 from then i am facing every one week of network outage between 10 of the every month to 20 of every month, after repeated calls to the customer care and appellate authority also the local useless field executive in my locality i get my connection up after continuous calls and following up,now i am feed up and i don’t need this bullshit and crap connection for myself anymore, when i spoke for termination to the call center they say that it takes more than 70 days for my refund to reach i haven’t seen anywhere in your website or the KYC document i signed at the start of service.
