AUTO ACTIVATION OF BSNL HUNGAMA AND BILLING UNCONDITIONAL AMOUNT

I was shocked after seeing January,2015. Bsnl Broadband bill. It was having extra charge Rs.297 in the name of ‘BSNL HUNGAMA’. I never used BSNL HUNGAMA. I never opened the site. Kindly redeem the amount Rs.297 from my bill before it crosses the bill due date.
