they r fraud & sending defective piece to costumers on high rates

eye gator is a company who is selling their products on shopclues
the products sold by them have manufacture defect and lots of problems
eye gator also don’t reply to costumers on quiery mails they sales duplicates
i think the r big fraud they had not sent my product back yet plz do something
