This is Vikas Kumar Singh from Dehradun.I read an advertisement in Hindustan newspaper about Sahara Finance who provides marksheet loans.I contacted the given mobile number which was of Mr.Rahul Mehra (07053709802).He told me to submit my documents(X marksheet,ration card,id adress proof,passport photo etc).I mailed them my documents on email id:[email protected] day i received a call from a person who told he was from PNB and informed me that my loan has been sanctioned.He told me to deposit the file charge amount of Rs 5000 to the account number which will be provided to me by Mr.Rahul Mehra.
Mr Rahul told me to deposit Rs 5000 into the account of Mr Rakesh (SBI:-20234521166).I deposited the amount on 22.12.2014.They said they have passed my file and has been sent to bank for further processing and my loan will be credited in 4-5 hours.I didnt receive any credit.
I called them and informed them about non credit of loan.They told me that i have late deposited the file charge amount so my file has been put on hold.They told me that i have to pay advanced 3 month emi of Rs 13800 for further file processing.
I didnt had money so i told them to do something but they refused.I arranged Rs 13800 by keeping my led tv,iphone,X and XII marksheet on guarantee to a person who provides money on interest.I deposited Rs 13800 to the account provided of Mr.Jagannath Dalpathi (SBI:-33123491530) on 06.02.2015 Mob No: 08750379395.Then i informed them about the amount deposited.They said they will process my file now and the next day i will credit.But still no credit received.Then they informed me that they have cancelled my file due to some misunderstandings and i have to deposit Rs 5000 file charge again for renewal of my file.I told my father and asked him for help.He gave me Rs5000 for depositing as he knows i am in great need of money.My father is 75 yrs old and lives on pension but still gave me money as he is my father and cannot see me in trouble.I deposited Rs 5000 again on 14.02.2015 morning to Mr Jagannath Dalpati’s account.
They said they have renewed my fule agreement and my loan dd and i will receive my loan.But still no credit.Now they are not picking up my phone.When i called Mr Rahul Mehra from an unknown number he picked up my call saying he was ill for three days.Both Mr Rahul and Mr Jagannath are playing with me and fooling me.
I kindly request you to take some necessary and harsh action agains them and refund my amount to my account very soon as i and my father are in severe worst situation.I have total paid them Rs 23800.I am in debt now.Kindly do the needful.I will be highly obliged to you all.
