Sir/Ma’am ,
with due respect I want to tell you that today Aircel telecom company deducted Rs 10 from my balance and when I asked them what was the reason the told my net pack was over but my net pack is not over and I also have extra data in my account so please take appropriate step so that I get my money refunded and this doesn’t happen to any other customer of telecom provider.
