Credit card late payment charges

Dear Reader,
ICICI bank credit card i am using since last one and half year, Last month only i came to know their one shocking term. As per Bank if my bill amount is 100001 INR and i pay 100000 than they will charge for late payment of the entire amount. they have charged me for entire amount as interest charges.
