Damaged & Used product received

Hi,
I ordered a pair of Sony MDR XB900 headphones through HomeShop 18 on 31st Jan 2015 for which I paid Rs. 7,109 through on-line payment. The website claimed that the product will be brand new, 100% genuine and will come with a 1 year manufacturer warranty, but when I received the product the packaging was damaged and so was the headphones inside it. Also it did not come with any warranty, user guide or any sort of paper inside it. Apart from that headphones had scratches at places that could not have come through packaging damage but only when it was either used or a display model. Now, I have asked for my money back but they have failed to provide me any confirmation of the same. Kindly take necessary action ASAP.
