My Name is Vaibhav Malhotra (9910757383), I ported my number from Airtel to Vodafone after listening so great about it.
And I shifted to Postpaid to avoid the hassle of recharging all the time.
Now I am pissed off with the Download charges that is levied by Vodafone people unnecessarily.
They charged me a total of Rs 425 in the December Bill, as I was busy I didn’t get the time to check the itemised Bill so I Paid the same,
Now in the Month of January also they have levied a download charges of Rs 99 in my Bill.
I checked with the Nodal Officers, they were rude and also non-supporting (Unlikely as compared to Airtel)
Kindly look into this matter as soon as possible, because if not done I am planning to move to the other user, although apart from this issue I do not have any issue with the Vodafone.
