Dear Team,
I am suffering from the casual attitude and bad practice of indiatimes
shopping site.
On Nov 2014 I ordered induction cooker from this shopping site and
they promise to deliver product on Nov 14, 2014.
After long followups with website and courier I finally got product on
December 5, 2014.
After opening the courier I was shock to find the broken Induction
cooker in it and complained their customer care about it and asked for
replacement. They asked to send the parcel back thru courier, I spent
Rs. 400 and sent the parcel back. Nearly, after one month, I again got
anoter shock when the replacement parcel came, as it was mixer grinder
instead of Singer Induction cooker.
I again called their customer care for this issue. Their response was
very casual. They asked me to send photo of product and courier slip
so they can look into it. I sent all the info asked by them. The
complaint no was generated 1760322. Next day complaint was closed and
I received SMS -The complaint is closed and hope you are satisfied
with the resolutio with no mention about either refund or replaceent
and nothing about the rembursement of courier charge incurred by me to
send the broken product back.
Whenever I call their customer care they give the reply that their
seniors are looking into it and they never transfer the call to their
managers or seniors.
I am tired of this and do not further energy to follow it with them. I
also asked them to arrange pick up of wrong product from my address as
I will not spend my hard earned mony for their carelessness.
I had spent more than thousand rupees calling their customer care and
staying in long hold.
Pls help me to get my mony back and also help me to get back the
expense incurred for sending broken product.
