I paid online an amount of Rs1256 on Shopper52.com on 11th Jan 2015for two products for which the order no is S524464.
The two products were 1. five blades adjustable clipfan for Rs507 and 2.Retro auto flip clolck for Rs749. I received a confirmation email regarding my order on the 11th of Jan 2015.
Today is the 11th of Feb 2015, there is no sign of my order.\
On the 28th of Jan 2015 after calling everyday on their number i was sent a DTDC tracking number M02285911. I checked with DTDC online as well on phone and was told that this number does not exist.
Either the order has not been dispatched or the number is wrong.
I wrote to Shopper52 regarding that 4 times via email. After 4 mails i received a mail form Hussain Atther on the 5th of Feb 2015 that he needs 48 hrs to look into the matter and will revert.
Today is the 11th sitll no reply.
I wrote a mail yesterday and day before yesterday too., but no use.
The phones do not work as usual.
What to do?
