Im a vodafone customer postpaid my mobile number is +91 9823347700 i got unknown charges about 272 rupess which i dnt know. When i got my bill on email the bill was like this
23/01/15 – 18.50.36 d2c_salpami_looka duration was 0.00
Charges was 99rs
23/01/15 -21.10.09 d2c_99 duration was 0.00 charges was 99 rs
23/01/15 21.10.09 d2c_mydala_75 duration was 0.00 charges was 75rs
Total amount was charge 273
Sir im vodafone customer since 7yrs and i pay regular bill time to time i always pay extra bill
Eg. I got 300 rupees bill i pay 500
Previous month i got 500 bill but i payed 1000 rupess
If this kind of charges i have to pay then what is a use of it im just wasting my money and my precious time
U have to take some serious action againts this unknown charges till then i will not pay my bill or i will discontinue with vodafone service
