Inconvenience in Delivery of Refrigerator

I have booked/Purchased Whirlpool Proton Refrigerator from Reliance Digital Plot No.1+2, SN 131, Solitaire Mall,opp reliance footprint, Aundh on 26th January on promise of delivery of the product on the next day and installation on the another day by the retailer. But the Product came after two days in form of packing and they sent engineer for installation on 30th January, where the product found physically damaged on opening the packing by engineer himself.
Later the replace process initiated and the new product delivered in packing on 3rd February and they again sent Engineer lately on 6th Feb. where he got technical issue in the product(cooling). From the next day of purchase I kept on calling them for solving the problem and even today is 15th day from date of purchase the Good Conditioned product have not delivered to me. There is very poor service by Reliance Digital in form of picking up the calls and response to request made by me.Every time their executives and representatives kept on saying that my issue will be solved on the same day or the next day but no such things in reality.
Even after warning the representative of complaining at consumer forum improper response of them is there. I and my family members faced great mental trouble and inconvenience by them. For that I want compensation in form of Rs 15,000 for that and delivery of Proper Conditioned Refrigerator within 3 days from Reliance Digital.
