Fake nike shoes

Dear sir,

i bought nike air max 2014
.
in 2 months it get some defect in sole

so i went to nike show room to show my shoes

they told me it is not real shoes it is fake

i called snapdeal ( complain number 15483284)

they told me they only support for 7 day if defective product

but it is not about defective product it is about cheating
they r selling fake nike shoes

Please guide me what i have to do
