I bought a Tata Docomo Photon max data card for 3g speeds I was promised a minimum speed of 512 kbps however since the day it was bought I never received even the minimum speed I called up Tata Docomo for the same and made a complaint. No sms or complaint number was provided and I called for the same issue multiple times but all they did was kept forwarding the same to the technical team and they never called back instead lied stating that my number wasn’t reachable whenever they tried to contact whereas my phone was working fine and was receiving all the other calls finally I got fed up and wanted to return the device as paid 2499 for literally nothing but they say cannot do so anymore and I am stuck with something I have paid for and is not even providing the service it is meant for…….sometimes when I use the 2g data provided by the cell phone service provider and that is working faster than the so called Tata Docomo photon max 3G
