My Name is Shankar Myatra.
I Complaint against Vodafone because they deduct money from my account without any information.
I M porting my number idea to vodafone few day ago at Vodafone Store-Anjar Kutch(Gujarat). they give me new Simcard and siad your card will be active after seven day but card is not active after 15 Day then i visit Vodafone Store – Gandhidham Kutch (Gujarat) and complaint that my number is not active. vodafone store reprentative check my simcard and said that this simcard is faulty and want to Change. They ask me to provide xerox copy of ID Proof i will give ID Proof and they change my sim card and said that after 2-3 Hrs your simcard is active.
After 2 Hrs. my sim card is active but balance is shown -25 Rs.
I m compalint against this at Vodafone Store – Anjar but not received proper response. She Said that Rs. 25 is Charge for Sim Card Change and she register my complain and give me service registration Number 1758974598 on 05.02.2015 and then i have receive phone call from This No.07971636300 – from vodafone Company and they also said that This Charge is Complussery and not Received Proper Response.
My Complainst is Why Vodafone Charge Money without any information.
