I had a Snapdeal Voucher worth Rs 2000. I ordered an item named ” Shiva’z Brown Colour Ganesh Idol ” that was of Rs 777. When i ordered the same , It was in stock so i ordered. But after 2 days i received a message. My order was cancelled due to unavailability. My voucher got nasty . I lost my voucher worth Rs 777. I tried to contact customer support many times but no positive response was given. They said that they would work on this matter . After 2 moths they refuse to give item or compensate me .
