I have been struggling with the micromax service since last 6 months . I have some issue with my handset and to resolve I have sent the handset to service center on Oct 4th 2014, where i have got feedback hardware issue handset to be replace under warranty and will take 45 days , I have submitted my phone to service center. After 2 months I got my handset on 17th dec 2014 after several follow up.

Till date day 3G service on my HS is not working whenever I am enabling the 3G service network of my HS goes off , Again I have complained it to service center again they have asked to submit the phone will send it for replacement as board was replaced earlier.

As I have already faced the issue earlier hence haven’t submitted by HS and asked for the escalation matrix and centralized number where I could speak I got one toll free number and a e-mail ID neither less to say but both are useless no one responding on it.
