Poor Customer Service

I called 022-67134500 the company’s call service no in the second week of January. 2015 for renewal of broadband subscription and wifi router. I paid Rs.3750/- by cheque No. 74 on Bank of Baroda Dombivli West Branch. The same was collected by their office staff and confirmed by Hathway vide transaction id 7747065 dated 16/01/2015.
Nearly three weeks have passed since then. I have called atleast five/six times but company has not provided me wifi router. Every time I called the call service centre I got very irrelevant replies and also nobody provided me the telephone no and name of the official who can resolve the issue.
Now a days there are regular advertisements aired on TV chanels promoting consumer awareness and consumer rights. This complaint is for a erresponsible customer approach by a company.
I hope my complaint will be resolved.
