So I have been a user of Tikona wireless since past 2 years and on various occasion faced issues. In todays day of technology I stand as a Tab and iPhone user and connect to wifi using these systems. Whenever the service provider sends a technician they demand a laptop from me rather than having one themselves to resolve connection issues.
Sighting this inconvenience I planned to disconnect this service provider and move on. When I got a call for renewal I mentioned we wish to disconnect and the service provider tells me they cant take my request and need me to call the, Ridiculous… On 30th Jan 10 days post my due date i have called their call centre and placed request for disconnection. Howvever till date I am hounded by calls to pay 3371 Rs which is my 6 month advance charges.
Supposedly Tikona has raised an invoice for renewal on me without any written or ever verbal confirmation from my end.
To top this they have threatened me via their call centre executives of filing legal action against me.
Such level of disrespect of business, your consumer and services should not be overlooked and I urge people to not use TIKONA WIRELESS connections and show the impact of what a regular consumer can do.
