Wrongly charged Downloading charge for MYDALA 99

Hi ,
In my Jan’15 Bill there are lots of discrepancies.

1 – rs. 71.00 charged for call charge whereas I am entitled with 10k Local/ Nat Roam free mins and the details says I have used only 5k Approx.

2- Wrongly charged Downloading charge for MYDALA 99 whereas I have never downloaded the same.

3 – The tarfii plan says I will be entitled with 8GB Data 3G/2G , and post free usage 3G speed will reduce down to 64KBPS & 2G will be 40KBPS. But I have charged with 900 bucks extra for internet usage!!!! Please rectify the Bill I am using the Vodafone connection since 3 Years now, many of times have this type of fraud charges but I think this is weird, I have been charged by Rs. 1100 extra!! Please rectify the Bill. My no is – 7829218989, I am using Vodafone Red4Business 1599 Corporate plan.
