Dear Sir, I have placed an order with Rediff Shopping vide ref no. 10986918 dated: 02.01.2015, for Jacket+Sunglass+Watch for which I have already paid the desired amount through Netbanking. While tracking the order, I learnt that my order is not yet dispatched…!!!!!! Inspite of repeated reminders and several follow-ups with the Customer Care through mails and over the phone, (Complaint no. 107830825048) they are unable to come up with any positive response. As it is almost a month I have been waiting for my order, which they were supposed to deliver within a weeks time, I feel very much cheated..! Such kind of inefficiency was not expected from a company like Rediff. I therefore request you to please look into the matter and get my order delivered at the earliest.
