Sir A shipment had been booked on 28/01/2015 from Gurgaon to Gaya Bihar. The shipment number is O00500099743. Which is very urgent and important for me, but the shipment is not deliverd yet. The guranteed time of 3days already elpased and in the Gaya office there is no information about my shipment. They told me your Shipment has been misplaced so you have to wait another 7 to 10 days But the shipment is very important to me. Please help me
