I want my money back….

i give 10lakhs rupees to kalazone silk mill for franchise.but coz of some problems I can’t continue with kalazone .
They give me back 3 lakh only from my 10lakhs rupees.
Now they newer pick my call msg & email..if kalazone’s staff pick my call so they says will call you back but on one call me back. Please help me out of this.
