I had ordered Nova KT 721 C 1.0 Ltr Cordless Electric Kettle through Snapdeal order ID 3769039657 / VSKU-5609c6-1836558 .
The product had barely spent its 15 days in service when it has suddenly stopped working. The indicator light keeps glowing but the water doesn’t get hot. I contacted the customercare number of Nova Marketing and through email, however they did not take any cognizance of my problem.The product is under warranty period. Hence you are requested to sue the perpetrators and get the replacement done.
