DELAY TO REFUND MONEY.

I have ordered a La Opala Diva Dazzle Purple Dinner Set 33Pcs from SNAPDEAL ( www.snapdeal.com) order ID: 3556169417 Order Placed on : 2014-11-12 Suborder Number 4799190943 for Rs. 2503 In my shipping address SAMARJIT GOPE National Park, Naihati P.O. Naihati Dist. North 24 Parganas Amra Ko Bhai Club Naihati – 743165 West Bengal and received on 09.11.2014 and on opening the box all the articles inside are found to be broken. And I lodge a complain with snapdeal to replace the dinner set as per my order or return my money immediately. Snapdeal provided a complaint number :12257890 and informed me to send the images of the received damaged products vide mail dated 23.11.2014 and accordingly I have sent to them on the same day via gmail. Further as per instruction of snapdeal dated 24.11.2014 I have returned the damaged product vide India Speed post no. EW 588623981 dated 27.11.,2014 and as per tracking details the item was delivered to snapdeal on 01.12.2014. Snapdeal assured to reimburse the full courier charges as nominated courier partners of snapdeal will not able to pick up the product from my location. And after that they asked me to furnish my bank details for refund which I have furnished on 16.12.2014. After this from rom time to time I have enquired on phone/mail regarding my refund of Rs. 2503/- and courier charges of Rs. 899/- and every time they informed me that it is under process till 4th January,2015.l On 5th January , 2015 again I contacted with their representative in phone no. 092 12 692126 and I was informed that they have not received the damaged products. On 5th January, I have again mail the India Post money receipt with the tracking details which they have acknowledged on the same day on phone and assured me to process the refund case within 4-5 days. On 21.01.2015 I was informed again the refund case is in progress but again on 27.01.2014 the representative of sanpdeal informed me that they have not received the return products and when I told him in details about my mail of 5th January,2014 snapdeal apologise for delay and assured me to look into the matter on priority basis i.e. which they repeatedly saying for nearly 2(two) months.
Please look into the matter and kindly see that I may get back my money for the product and for courier charges. Assured to furnish Necessary documents on demand.
