Regarding My New Mobile

I HAVE BUY A MICROSOFT LUMIA 535 HANDSET ON 30/12/2014 FROM SURI/WEST BENGAL/INDIA. AFTER USING THIS HANDSET ITS DISPLAY GET AUTOMATICALLY OFF ON 15/01/2015. ITS SHOWING ONLY BLACK SCREEN. THEY HAVE TAKEN MY HANDSET FOR REPAIR ON 15/01/2015. BUT STILL I HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY HANDSET FROM NOKIA CARE. NOW NOKIA CARE IS IGNORING MY PROBLEM. I AM FACING BIG PROBLEM NOW. NOW MR.
